By accessing or using negato.app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

Negato provides free, browser-based image tools such as inverting, flipping, rotating, resizing, compressing and recoloring images. All processing happens locally in your web browser; your images are not uploaded to our servers. We may change, add or remove features at any time without notice.

Your content

You keep all rights to the images you process. You are solely responsible for the images you use with the Service and for making sure you have the right to edit and use them. Because files never leave your device, we do not store, review or back up your content.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights, to attempt to disrupt or overload the site, or to scrape, copy or resell the Service or its code except as permitted by law.

Advertising and third-party links

The Service is supported by advertising, including ads served by Google AdSense, and may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of advertisers or third-party sites. How advertising cookies are used is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Negato name, logo, site design and code are owned by Negato and are protected by applicable laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use them other than to use the Service as intended.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your requirements. Keep a copy of your original files.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Negato shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or files, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
